Tumor growth inhibition is modeled with the two transit compartments (gray; R1, dividing tumor cells; R2, cells committed to death), with a first-order growth rate constant (Kg). The cytotoxic effects of each agent (α and β) determine the magnitude of tumor cell death (τd).
